Everyday Change, Focus and Priority
Do you experience "Flow":
Becoming a 'Frogman' was a self-imposed structure on top of uncompromising dedication to country, mission, unit and, only then, myself. Turning into a Nightstalker required a focused discipline to constantly reinvent better versions of my operating systems (personal and professional)...but, it wasn't until I studied behavorial psychology and cognitive-behavioral theory that I realized how my trainers and leaders had molded me into a systems manager of success-oriented personal and professional accountability. The principles are teachable, your mind-set and biases are changeable; and, through intentionality, you can achieve your desired result by properly using the tools you already have in your possession. Learning takes focus, emotion, relaxation, and ACTION...learning to implement and control your systems properly creates a flow of infectious, creative momentum. This creative 'flow' and focused action is simply: "Doing the Right Thing." Stepping foward with the Do Work Team is designed to start your Team's constant reinvention.
